Later solemnized at the St. George Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Former school teacher, farmer, veteran, WWI. Survivors: widow, sons, daughters. Howard, Greeley, Colorado; Ralph, Mrs. Vivian Bessie Edwards, Greenville; Dean, Lamar, Wallace and Mrs. Douglas (Barbara) Briggs all Salt Lake City; Alan, U.S. Army, Fort Lewis, Wash. 28 grandchildren; brother Karl, Ogden. Several half-brothers, half-sisters. Military Funeral Service Thursday, 1 pm, Greenville LDS Chapel. Friends may call family home Wednesday after 6 pm., Thursday prior to services.
