1913 Newspaper Article for Edward Meaken

Edward Meaken, of 373 Ogden Street, was charged with neglecting his children. The complaint was made by William Ryan, an agent for the Catholic Chrildren's Aid Society. Children: Mary (age 14), Francis (age 9), Edward, (age 6), Leo (age 5), and Catherine (age 2 1/2).
