Note: Joseph is selling land to his father, Benjamin. In Benjamin's 1802 will, he gives all of his land in Woodstock back to his son, Joseph. Joseph is likely listed as the 3rd because both his wife's father and brother were also Joseph Darling, so the 3rd would distinguish which Joseph Darling was selling land.
