To Susanna Loudenslager (daughter) she bequeathed her Bible and prayer book.
To Henry Spade (grandson) she bequeathed her sharpening edge tools.
To Susanna Spade (granddaughter) she bequeathed the remainder of her goods, stock, chattels, household furniture, and wearing apparel.

Susanna Spade was also named the executrix of Catharine's estate.
