The Death Certificate of Mary W (Cochran) Sembower in 1922

Mary was born 23 April, 1848 and died 6 May 1922. She died of shock caused by being burned. "burns of lower and upper extremities and back of body due to dress accidentally catching fire while burning paper in yard."
