At a meeting of the cities of Norwalk, holden at the Court House on the evening of the 13th next to make the necessary arrangements for the extra Session of the Ohio Common School Teacher's Institute, to be held at Norwalk, commencing on the 14th of June next, and to carry into effect the proposition made by the citizens of Norwalk relative to holding said session at the place--
