note: her sister is probably Katharina Maria Adelheid (Bock) Pieper, but more research is needed to prove this.
Maria (Bock) Pieper was godmother to Helene's daughter in 1871 and son Henry in 1881 and is also living near the Wolke family in the 1880 census.
