1783 Tax Exemption of Peter Arterburn

December 1783, Shenandoah County, Virginia

On the motion of Peter Arterburn he is henceforth exempted from the payment of the county levy's.

Note: Only the extremely poor, sick, or old were exempted from paying the county levy.
