1745 Court Record of Peter Williams alias Atterburne

Peter Williams alias Atterburne was [] to answer unto Richard Bernard of a plea of trespass.

On 22 Dec 1743, Peter was indebted unto Richard Bernard the sum of 3 pounds, 9 shillings, and 5 pence. This had not been paid/resolved by 26 Mar 1745. Peter was forced by the court to pay Richard.
