"History of Middlesex County, Massachusetts : with biographical sketches of many of its pioneers and prominent men"

A great "sickness" broke out in Middlesex County in 1754. Reverend David Goddard died on January 19. His mother [Susannah Stone] died on February 4. His father, Hon. Edward Goddard, died on February 9.
