Eveline I. Huston and James W. C. Huston sell 1/2 interest of Lots #97 and 98, situate on O'Bannon Street in the town of Middlefield, to James Highes for $48.

note: each of the four heirs of James Houston received 1/4 interest in the Middlefield lots when they purchased them in 1816.
