1837 Letter of Attorney for Jephthah and Margaret Payne

Tazewell County, Virginia, 1 December 1837

Jephthah Payne of Johnson County, Arkansas and his wife Margaret Payne (late Margaret Wilson, one of the daughters of Hugh Wilson) appointed James B Wilson as their attorney. He will deal with whatever they receive from the estate of Hugh Wilson.
