"Upon the Application of Mary Green widow of W J Green deceased, showing that she is entitle[d] to dower in lots of land No. 252 and 42 acres of lot 251. All in the 28th District and 3rd section of Catoosa County. And [] for the Appointment of Commissioners for the purpose of [] off. And assigning dower to petitioner [] and to said lots of land it is ordered that J N Greene J A Park John Bird L C Napier and Mark Lansford free holders of said county be and they are hereby appointed commissioners for the purpose aforesaid and that the clerk of this court issue a [] to said freeholders accordingly Sept [] Term 1873."
