1837 Letter of Attorney for Henry and Sarah Ward

Tazewell County, Virginia, 18 September 1837

Henry Ward of Johnson, Arkansas and his wife Sarah Ward (maiden name Wilson - the daughter of Hugh Wilson, deceased) appointed James B Wilson of Johnson County and Robert Gillespie of Tazewell County as their attorneys. The attorneys were to deal with what they received from the estate of Hugh Wilson.
