Request by Whitley Crisp, Guardian of Tabitha Taylor, for division of land:
Richard Taylor Sr departed this life on ___ possessed of land adj Thos Taylor, John Taylor, Richd Taylor and others.

Land descended to:
James Smithe in right of his wife Abby,
Hardy Council in right of wf Nancy,
Willie Council in right of wf Blanny,
Ezekiel Staton in right of wife Polly,
Richard Taylor,
Maxy Taylor and
infant Tabitha Taylor

Whitley has purchased interest and title of all aforesaid persons except Tabitha so has possession of six-sevenths of the land. He requests that the final one-seventh portion be divided and set apart by metes and bounds for Tabitha Taylor.
