Marjore Shaw: 1919-1922

Marjorie died at the age of 3 on November 23, 1922. That morning she came downstairs well and happy. As her mother (Josephine Cottam Shaw) was preparing her other 4 children for school, Marjorie asked her mother who the person was that was sitting on a chair in the corner. Her mother looked and told her no one was sitting on a chair in the corner of the room.

Marjorie took suddenly ill that afternoon and went into convulsions. She died that night. It has always been the family's belief that the person she saw sitting in the corner was someone from heaven who had come that day to take Marjorie home.
