Jap Pin-up Girl Card is Sent to Nugent
Postmaster Cornelius J. Nugent had a Japanese "pin-up girl" postcard that will never reach its destination. He received it yesterday from Capt. Jalmar L. Anderson, of 2425 Lodi Street, a clerk at the Post Office on military leave and now serving in the New Guinea area.
With it was the following message: "This will give you a small idea of what your competitors use. It was picked out of a dead Jap's pocket (not by me)."
Capt. Anderson has been in military service since February 8, 1941.
