SEPARATION:Feb 1956 letter from Thelma Burden to Mary Gray Marks: "Uncle Bill and his wife were separated as far back as I can remember... Maggie (Bill's wife) hated all us Burdens bitterly and tho we were next door neighbors I was never in her home. So naturally when Mrs Johnson came asking about the Burden's, little wonder she didn't get anywhere."
