NOTES: Phone call 7/10/95 1 503 881 1312: Dottie has diabetes, which when let go too long without insulin, caused other problems. Now 90% blind in right eye, 20/80 left on good days. Retina bleeding, but when blood removed, still not see.
Eyes swollen on bad days. No muscle control in legs, can't walk too well. Had cancer when 30 (type for older people-only one on rcd as having,now others)
Joined LDS Church,worked in FHC, but now cannot. Says Garners related to James Garner, and church has rcds sealed. Can get to in SLC. Found a # on FS, which even the lady in FHL didn't understand. Now living in Ontario OR, says church
very snobbish there. No one came to give her blessing when had problems with eyes. Problems financially, but ch says cannot help as husb not a mbr. ??
Says Jack or Dave or someone went to TX & ckd phone bk, picked out a Hallmark and called. They sd they had fam Bible. Went to see. Surprised, as black, but saw copy of Bible belonging to our family. Took Hallmark as last name when
freed and had no name. Charlene head of FHC in Ontario.
