That said dec'd at the time of his death was a res of sd Co & St & possessed of a large amount of property, both personal & real situated & being in sd Co of Polk & in the aggregate of the probable value of $3,000. That the survivors of sd Dec'd are: Mary J Eades (his wife) and one child, Wm B Eades (a minor). That sd estate shd be placed in charge of a suitable person in order that the same may disposed of according to law... Signed, Isaac B Eades"

Since there is no further rcd of this child, I assumed that this could be one of the children. The father also died at this time. Re Ann Kennedy--Austin TX" [ck out - see 1880 census below-not agree]
In the probate rcds for Jesse, who died 14 Jan 1877, the survivors shown are Mary Jane (wife) and one child William B (H?).
