Funeral services for Garland Coolidge Cranford, age 36, native of Lincoln County, who died in the Good Samaritian Hospital, Dayton, Ohio, last Thursday, were conducted Thursday afternoon in the First Baptist Church of Flintville, with the Rev. Howard McGehee and Rev. O. P. Ethridge officiating. Burial was in the Flintville Cemetery with Gallant Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Cranford was the son of Joel and Cludie Cranford of Flintville. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his widow, Mrs. Barbara Ann Sugg Cranford; two daughters, Rosemary and Rosaline Cranford; four sisters, Mrs. Lorea Moss of Chattanooga, Mrs. Lovea Bradford of Fayetteville, Mrs. Monazell Sanders and Mrs. Ruth Hall, both of Dayton, Ohio; three brothers, Olen Cranford of Dayton, Ohio, Milford Cranford of Lincoln County, and Darrell Cranford of Chattanooga.
