    2007 DEATH,BURIAL: MT,Missoula-Missoula: Kathryn died 2 March 2007, 97 years old, of natural causes; she was cremated and buried with Leo at the Missoula Cemetery.
    Obit for Kathryn: "She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Marcia and Don Erickson of Dixon, Calif., and Linda and Dick Ainsworth of Missoula; grandchildren Kathleen O'Connor (Mike), Stacey Gehlken (Steve), Stephanie Cain and Kevin Cain; and great-granchildren Kristina and Emily Gehlken, Sean and Sara O'Connor and Sabina Anisetty. A sister, Winifred Haagensen, also survives. A brother, Charles, preceded her in death.
    At Kathryn's request, no services will be held. Cremation has taken place and she will join Leo at the Missoula Cemetery.
    The family would like to thank The Kensington Agency for making it possible to care for Kathryn in the comfort of her own home for the last four years, with special thanks to Sharon, Betty and Karla.

    Other info: Aunt Bertha Smith remarried (Johnson), living Pendleton. She had alzeimers. Aunt Net and Jesse died. Kids in Pendleton or Pilot Rock. Doris Smith went off deep end, nothing to do with family. In a rest home around Pilot Rock, died. Arvene ran away. Aunt Norma: 1 503 443 6633.
    Kathryn went to Carlton. Norma had a clipping recently, talked abt football team in Hermiston, the year Leo played, best ever. Took Leo a long time to graduate Whitman, had to stop to work. Went to reunion the year before died, met a man who knew all about his appointment to teach in Sidney, etc.
    One of the girls asked Gram what wanted for birthday (Pam), & she wanted to talk to Kathryn, so granddaughter called & said Gram was on the line.
    We have a store in Sidney MT. Pres of Corp. They call me - father started. Took econ in college, worked at store. 91st Anniversary.
