    HISTORY: Jill would take too long in the bathroom getting ready to go somewhere, and one Sunday, the family went off to church without her, until we were part way there, then we realized she was not with us. Jill was always the peacemaker in the family. She always had a smile.

    1012 OBITUARY: ID,Ada County-Boise Statesman 5-27-2012: Jill LaVerne Zier 1948 - 2012 Jill Zier, 63, of Boise, Idaho passed away May 23, 2012 after an extended illness. Jill was born June 18, 1948 to James David Hallmark and June Bernice Smith in Walla Walla, Washington. Jill was a loving wife and mother of four. She is survived by her husband, Jim Zier; three sons, Chad, J. Craig, and Jeff; a daughter, Jena Burkman; four sisters, Pam Wagner, Dianna Smith, Kristie Bleazard, and Lorrie Naylor; and two brothers, Michael Hallmark and Steven Hallmark. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 28, 2012 at the Relyea Funeral Chapel located at 318 N. Latah in Boise. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the L.D.S. chapel located at 11443 W. McMillan Road in Boise. A graveside service will follow at the Dry Creek Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Relyea Funeral Chapel.
