    • !Information obtained from the Richard Pearce family bible in possession
of Opal Forsyth, death record from her funeral program and the records of Joseph Stonehocker in possession of Loya Stonehocker, Box 1988, Cardston, AB.

Aunt Ruth died after her second open heart surgery. She has the first one in
1953 but needed another one after a number of years. She knew that she was not going to make it because she had names for whom they were to go to on all of her things. She had always wanted to be a missionary in Africa but was unable to go because of her health so she worked in a christian mission office that serviced Africa.
