Found a Frederick Wegner in Queens County New York in Hempstead, 1860 census, from AIS [census index by Ronald V Jackson] pg 1413: "Frederick Wegner, pg 259 in Queens Co NY" -to ck as may not be our man. [see pg 39 in purple notebook took to SLC Jan 2004]

1900 HIST?: FHL Book 979.73 H2ea, History of Spokane County, Washington, by Edwards, 1900, pg 458: "Paul Buchholz, pioneer of 1884, native of Germany, born July 6, 1821. In 1856, came to America, to Minnesota, bought 160 acres. In 1884 came to Cheney, bought large tract of land near Cheney - farming. Married 3 times. Third time in St. Paul, Minnesota to Mrs. Henrietta Pfieffer, native of Germany. Had 10 children. Minnie [one of their children] is now wife of Fred Wagner. Evangelical Church of this city."
