Emil was born 24 Feb 1869 in Germany. He came to the US at 16 years old and settled in Castle Rock. He was employed by the Milwaukee railroad for 35 years. He married Tille Tutewohl, who is now deceased. On 18 Jul 1898 he married Paulina Piperek. Emil had 12 children. 2 deceased: Agnes and Elizabeth. Those who survive: John, Joe, Albert, Emil Jr, Gertrude, Carl, George, Robert, Frances. Emil is also survived by 1 brother, Charles, of Farmington and several brothers and sisters in Germany.
