  Histories		Lydia Jane Allen, a Daughter of Utah Pioneers "Lydia Jane Allen was born in New York, 1827. She crossed the Mississippi River in the winter of 1846, with her parents. Lydia and her mother were very ill and suffered greatly." Two years after Lydia died as an unmarried woman, she was sealed to a family friend, David White Rogers from Provo.
