Nancy Ethel Norman, the youngest child of John and Melvina Minnis Scott, was bn 8 Dec 1876 at Enterprise and dd 13 Aug 1946 in Guthrie OK. Her father dd when she young. Cared for mother till her dth 10 Mar 1908. Nanta then made her home with her sisters. Md James Wiley Norman 27 Feb 1911. Went to OK to live. To Peublo CO where adopted sn Kenneth James when 3 wks old. Ret'd to OK. Lvs husb, son Kenneth & his wife Ruth, a grson Kenneth John; 2 sis Mrs Joseph A Street of Purdin & Mrs JE Overman of Norton KS; bro Herman W Scott-KC.
