    • Harold J. Bryner 1922 ~ 2009 Harold J. Bryner, age 86, passed away January 17, 2009 in Salt Lake City surrounded by his family. Born October 6, 1922 in Altonah, Utah to Henry Joseph and Thelma Caldwell Bryner. Married Pauline Smith July 9, 1955. Harold served in the Army Medical Corps during World War II. He worked for Utah Railway and then Kennecott Copper for 32 years where he retired in 1984. He enjoyed camping and fishing with family and friends. Survived by children Bruce (Evelyn) Bryner, Idaho Falls, ID; Pam (Brent) Varney and Jerry (Amy) Bryner both of West Jordan, UT; 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and sister, Darlene Hunter, Emmett, ID. Preceded in death by parents, wife and brother, Curtis Bryner. Funeral services to be held Thursday, January 22 at 11:00 a.m. Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. Friends may call Wednesday 6:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to services. The family would like to thank Legacy House of Taylorsville, Haven Home Health and VA Medical Center for their loving care and compassion.
