(1), (3), (5) Death (4) In Geertruyd's mother Nellies will, her widows portion of land was divided into 4 lots, 1 of the lots came into possession of Joseph Christopher & his wife Heirty(Geertruyd Haughwout) Between 1761 & 1764 Joseph & Charity acquired the Dongan property on Willow Brook ,Staten Island & has been known as the Christopher place. They lived there during the Revolutionary war.Their son inherited the house but was sold in 1827 at his death.Info from "Houses in Richmond Co."
