Mr. and Mrs. Julius Fischer. Caroline Wegener was born in Germany March 4 , 1850 and spent her entire childhood there. She married Julius Schutz i n 1873. Together they came to America in 1884, residing at Iron Ridge, W is. Later they moved to a farm near Elmwood. There her husband died in 1 908. To them were born five children-Anna (Mrs. Herman Samuel of Hatchvi lle), Ella (Mrs. Wm. Huehl of Elmwood), Hilda ( Mrs. Charles Lamson, of E lmwood), Gust, on the home farm and Frank, who died Dec 28, 1932. She lea ves on brother, Christ Wagner of Dodge county, also 11 grand children an d seven great grandchildren. Funeral services at German Luthern church an d burial at Spring Lake cemetery.
