Henry Ward and wife received 1/7 part after 1/3 of the estate given to the widow, Nancy. They were given a couple slaves. Henry and wife were also given one plot of land containing 22 acres and one containing 64 acres. Those who received land allotments: the Widow Nancy, Henry Ward and wife, Elizabeth Wilson, Jeptha Payne and wife, William Wilson, Nancy Wilson, and Edward Wilson Hugh Wilson is the father of Juley or Sarah (Sally) Wilson, Henry Ward's first wife.
