After his wife's death, all of his possessions would go Mary Ann Williams ("a child which I am raising"). Nancy Mary Ann Williams is only mentioned in the 1832 ratification of the will. 1832 Will of Mary Williams 18 June 1832, Lincoln County, North Carolina Mary Williams gave all of her possessions to Mary Ann Williams ("a girl now living with me, whom I have raised").
