The Division or Valuation Notice of the Estate of John Wollerton John Wollerton died intestate, without a will, leaving a considerable estate for his family. These documents are directing "twelve Good and Lawfull men" to contact each of the heirs of John's estate. They were to determine if the estate was to be divided equally, with William getting two eights, or if the heirs wanted to sell everything and distribute the remaining funds. The Children of Ziba and Mary Wollerton in Orphan's Court, 1812 and 1829. At the death of Ziba, Mary requests that her children Shebna, Jane, Zeniah, Ishmael, and Ziba be given guardianship by Samuel Starr. No relationship is stated with Samuel but at his death in 1829, they are his heirs. Shebna has died by this time and his share was to be split with his brothers and sisters.
