1815 Joseph Taylor will In the presents and name of almighty god I Joseph Taylor of the State of Kentucky Warren County being very sick and low in helth but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to god Calling into mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is once appointed for all men to die do make and ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say princpally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hand of almighty god that give it and my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a decently Christian buriel at the discrestion of my Excurtors nothing doubting but at the jeneral resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of god and as Touching such world by Estate where with it has pleased god to bless me in this life I give bequeath and dispose of the same in the following maner and form first I give and bequeath to Sarah my dearly beloved wife the two tracts of land one of which she is now liveing on the other is joining with the Crop that is now on the place also all the stock of horses cattle and hogs and household furniture and one Negro man named Jack dureing her lifetime or widowhood my land I leave to my three sons after my wifes death Each to have ninety two acres William my son William Taylor to have his part on the west side of sd land my son allen Taylor to have his part on the East side of sd land and | ||
