"..and I further devise, bequeath and give to my daughter, Margaretha Walther and my son Adam Hoefer all the real estate of which I may die possessed, or in which I may have any leagal or equitable interest, to be equally divided betweem them, share and share alike, with full power to sell and dispose fo the same in such manner as they may see proper."

"The funeral of Mrs. Margaretha Walther will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Wymore-Gordon undertaking parlors. The service at the Evangelical Central Church will be held at 2:30. Burial will be in Riverview.
Mrs. Walther died last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Yoergler, near Algoa at the age of 67 years. She was born in this county and resided here all her life. Her husband, George Adam Walther, died in 1900.
She is survived by four sons, John G Walther and Adam H Walther of Algoa, Officer Al. Walther ofthis city, Thomas J. Walther of Los Angeles, and two daughters. Mrs. John Yoergler of Algoa and Mrs Wm C Schmidt of Jefferson
City. Mrs. Walther also leaves one brother, Adam J. Hoefer of this city. Mrs. Walther was well known and her death is regretted by a host of sorrowing relatives and friends."
