Jill was born June 18, 1948 to James David Hallmark and June Bernice Smith in Walla Walla, Washington. Jill was a loving wife and mother of four. She is survived by her husband, Jim Zier; three sons, Chad, J. Craig, and Jeff; a daughter, Jena Burkman; four sisters, Pam Wagner, Dianna Smith, Kristie Bleazard, and Lorrie Naylor; and two brothers, Michael Hallmark and Steven Hallmark. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 28, 2012 at the Relyea Funeral Chapel located at 318 N. Latah in Boise. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the L.D.S. chapel located at 11443 W. McMillan Road in Boise. A graveside service will follow at the Dry Creek Cemetery.
