1863 Perpetual Emigrating Fund for Sarah Spicer On 15 October 1863, Sarah Spicer and Elizabeth Goulter were given $90 to emigrate to Utah. On 23 November 1875, Willet Harder of Kamas began to pay off the loan. It was paid off 31 December 1880. A connection between the Spicer family and Elizabeth Goulter has not been found.
